Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows

Cancellations within 7 days of check in date will be refunded 75 % of paid amount
Cancellations within 24 hours of check in date will be refunded 50 % of paid amount
No refund will be issued after 24 hours of check in date

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
